Recipe Oyster Stew Ingredients:- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1½ pints Oysters with Liquor
- Salt - taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Ground Cayenne Pepper - to taste
- chopped Fresh Parsley - for garnish
|  Time: 25 min Serves: 4

Recipe Oyster Stew Instructions:Heat 4 bowls, add a tablespoon of butter to each bowl, keep hot. Heat cream, milk and oyster liquor just to the boiling point. Add oysters and bring to boiling point again. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne. Ladle into the 4 hot bowls and garnish with chopped parsley.
