Scalloped Oyster Recipe Ingredients:- 1 pint Oysters
- 2 cups Cracker Crumbs
- 1/2 cup Butter - melted
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Pepper - to taste
- 3/4 cup Cream
- 1/4 cup Oyster Liquor
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Scalloped Oyster Recipe Instructions:Drain the oysters and save liquor. Combine butter, cracker crumbs, salt and pepper. Spread 1/3 of the buttered cracker crumbs in greased casserole dish. Cover with half of the oysters. Take another 1/3 of the buttered cracker crumbs and spread second layer. Cover with remaining oysters. Combine cream, oysters liquor and Worcestershire sauce, pour over oysters. Top with last 1/3 of cracker crumbs. Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
