Stuffed Oyster Recipe Ingredients:- 18 Large Oysters
- 1/4 cup finely diced Green Pepper
- 1 small Pimiento - finely diced
- 1 teaspoon English Mustard
- Salt and white pepper - to taste
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Egg Yolk - beaten
- 1 lb Lump Crab Meat
- Paprika - to taste

Stuffed Oyster Recipe Instructions:Place diced pepper and pimiento in bowl, add salt, pepper, mustard and 1/4 cup mayonnaise. Combine well.
Add enough beaten yolk to moisten mixture then add crab meat and mix in with fingers so lumps are not broken up.
Divide the mixture among oysters on half shell. Place on bed of rock salt, top with light coating of mayonnaise and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350 for 5 min., then place under broiler until golden brown.
