BBQ Honey Prawns Recipe Ingredients:- 1.5 kg Green King Prawns
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Ginger - chopped finely
- 2 Garlic Cloves - crushed
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- Freshly Ground Pepper - to taste
- Wooden Skewers

BBQ Honey Prawns Recipe Instructions:Remove shells from the prawns leaving tail intact, devein and rinse well under cold water.
Combine all other ingredients in a plastic container with a lid, toss the prawns in the marinade. Place lid on and leave to marinate for 3-4 hours, shaking container occasionally to help combine.
Soak skewers in water and thread prawns onto skewers.
BBQ prawns and brush with marinade during cooking.
