 BBQ Prawns Recipe

BBQ Prawns Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 kg Large Green Prawns - peeled
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 Garlic Cloves - minced
  • 1/4 cup Dry White Wine
  • 2 dashes Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier


Time: 35 min
Serves: 4 - 6

BBQ Prawns Recipe Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients except prawns in a bowl.
     

  • Add prawns to the bowl, cover and marinate for 3 hours in fridge.
     

  • Preheat the BBQ to medium - high heat, cook prawns on the BBQ  for 2 minutes each side.
     

  • Serve with toothpicks.
