| Best Honey Prawns Recipe | Best Honey Prawns Recipe Ingredients:- 1kg Green Prawns - peeled, deveined, tails left intact
- 3/4 cup Self-Raising Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon White Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Water
- 1 Egg
- Canola Oil - for deep frying
- 1/2 cup Corn Flour
- 1 tablespoon Canola Oil
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds - toasted
- Steamed Rice - for 4 people

| Best Honey Prawns Recipe Instructions:Sift pepper and flour into a large bowl, stir in salt. Take a fork and beat the egg and 1 cup water in a jug until well combined, pour into flour pepper and salt, stirring to form a smooth batter. Fill a saucepan half way with oil, heat over medium-high heat. Put the corn flour in a shallow dish, lightly coat prawns in corn flour, shaking off excess. Holding the prawns by the tail, dip 1 at a time, into batter to coat. Carefully drop prawns, 4 - 5 at a time, in hot oil and cook for 3 - 4 minutes or until golden, transfer to a wire rack. Repeat with remaining prawns and batter. Combine 1 tablespoon of oil and honey in a frying pan over medium-low heat, add prawns, toss until well coated. Spoon onto plates. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with rice.
