| Butter Prawn Recipe | Butter Prawn Recipe Ingredients:- 1 lb Large Prawns
- Oil - for deep frying
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 6 bird's eye Chilies - chopped
- 3 Sprigs Curry Leaves - use leaves only
- 3 Garlic Cloves - chopped finely
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chinese Cooking Rice Wine
- 6 tablespoons grated Coconut - dry fried until golden brown

| Butter Prawn Recipe Instructions:Leave the shells and prawn heads, chop off the eyes part. Cut down the back of the prawns and remove the veins, pat dry. Heat oil in a deep fryer and fry the prawns, drain on paper towel and set aside. Melt the butter in a skillet, add bird's eye chilies, garlic, curry leaves, salt and fry for 2 minutes. Add prawns, soy sauce, wine, sugar, and grated coconut. Cook over high heat for 1 - 2 minutes, stirring frequently then serve immediately.
