| Chili Prawn Noodles Recipe | Chili Prawn Noodles Recipe Ingredients:- 1 kg Green Prawns - peeled, deveined, tails intact
- 1½ tablespoons Peanut Oil
- 1 Red Onion - halved, sliced thinly
- 200g Snow Peas - topped and tailed, diagonally halved
- 2 Carrots - cut into short, thin sticks
- 2 Garlic Cloves - thinly sliced
- 3cm piece Fresh Ginger - peeled, cut into thin sticks
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 2 (450g) packets Rice Noodles - softened according to packet directions
- 1/3 cup Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 2 cups Bean Sprouts
- 1 Bunch Coriander - leaves picked

| Chili Prawn Noodles Recipe Instructions:Heat a large wok over high heat, when the wok is hot, add 1 tablespoon of the oil and swirl around to coat the side of the wok. Heat until very hot. Add 1/3 of the prawns to the wok and stir-fry for 2 minutes, transfer to a plate. Repeat with remaining prawns in 2 more batches. Remove all prawns from wok and place on the plate. Heat 1/2 a tablespoon of oil in wok over medium-high heat, add carrots, snow peas, onion, garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes then add water and cover. Cook for 30 - 60 seconds or until vegetables are just tender. Add rice noodles and combined soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce and lime juice, toss gently for 1 - 2 minutes or until heated through. Toss in the prawns, add the bean sprouts and coriander. mix to combine and serve immediately.
