Coconut Prawn Recipe |
Coconut Prawn Recipe Ingredients:- 24 Medium Green Prawns - peeled, tail intact, deveined
- 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 Eggs - beat lightly
- 1½ cups shredded coconut
- 24 Bamboo Skewers - soaked in water for 25 minutes
Dipping Sauce: - 1/2 cup Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped Coriander

Coconut Prawn Recipe Instructions:Take 2 baking trays and line with baking paper. Preheat oven 350 F. (180 C) Thread each prawn lengthways onto skewers. Dust prawns in flour, shaking off excess, dip into egg, then coat well in coconut. Place on prepared trays and bake 15 - 20 minutes or until cooked.
Dipping Sauce: In a small jug combine all dipping sauce ingredients, stir well and serve with prawns.
