Cooking Prawns Recipe Ingredients:- 32 King Prawns
- 1 pint Live Natural Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Cumin Powder
- 1 tablespoon Garam Massala
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
- Juice 1 Lemon
- 8 Garlic Cloves - crushed
- 1 inch Ginger - grated
- Red Food Colouring
- 1 Lemon
- 4 tablespoons Oil
- Lemon wedges - to garnish

Cooking Prawns Recipe Instructions:Combine all the spices, lemon juice, colouring, ginger and garlic into a paste with a little water, stir in the yogurt to make the marinade. Peel and De-Vein the king prawns. Place in the marinade and marinate for 10 minutes. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan to a medium heat. Stir fry the king prawns in the oil until cooked through. Serve with a lemon wedge for garnish.
