Creamy Garlic Prawns Recipe Ingredients:- 24 Large Green Prawns
- 2 Garlic Cloves - finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1½ cups Thickened Cream
- handful Basil - finely chopped
- Salt and Pepper - to taste
- Crusty Bread - to serve

Creamy Garlic Prawns Recipe Instructions:Peel the prawns then de-vein, leaving the tails in tact. Heat the butter over medium to low heat, toss in the prawns and garlic and cook for 2 - 3 minutes until prawns are 3/4 cooked. Add the cream, turn up the heat and cook for five minutes or until the sauce is thick and heated through. Take off the heat, add the basil and season with salt and pepper to your taste.
