Crispy Prawn Recipe Ingredients:- 1 lb Tiger Prawns - peeled
- 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice Wine
- 1 teaspoon Five-Spice Powder
- Salt and Pepper - to taste
- 6 tablespoons Corn-Flour
- 2 Eggs - beaten
- 100g Breadcrumbs
- Groundnut Oil - for deep-frying
|  Time: 20 min Serves: 2 - 4

Crispy Prawn Recipe Instructions:Mix the prawns with the soy sauce, wine, and five-spice powder and season with salt and pepper to your taste. Roll the prawns in the corn-flour and coat in beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Deep-fry the prawns for a few minutes until lightly browned then drain and serve immediately.
