| Garlic Prawn Recipe | Garlic Prawn Recipe Ingredients:- 30 Headless Prawns
- 3 Cloves Garlic - peeled
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 teaspoons Butter
- 1 tablespoon Brandy
- 2 tablespoons Fish Stock
- Pinch Sugar
- Pinch Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Cream

| Garlic Prawn Recipe Instructions:Devein the prawns, wash and dry on kitchen towel, set aside. In a blender, purée the peeled garlic and olive oil until nice smooth. In a large skillet, heat the garlic/oil mixture, add the butter. When hot, add the prawns and fry until half cooked, pour in the brandy and light with a match. When the flame has died down, add the stock reduce to half volume. Season with salt, pepper and sugar, stirring in the cream and serve.
