| Grilled Prawns Recipe | Grilled Prawns Recipe Ingredients:- 1 lb Large Prawns - head removed
- 2 tablespoons very finely chopped Cilantro
- 2 tablespoons very finely chopped Garlic
- Salt - to taste
- White Pepper - to taste
- 1/8 cup Olive Oil

| Grilled Prawns Recipe Instructions:Remove all but the last segment of the prawn shell and leave the tail on, butterfly the prawns and devain. In a bowl add cilantro, garlic, salt, white pepper, and olive oil combine well. Add prawns and make sure that each prawn is well covered. Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour to marinate. Grill prawns on a BBQ, high direct heat for approximately 2 minutes per side, until the prawns curl up and turn pink. Place on platter and serve.
