| Healthy Prawn Recipe | Healthy Prawn Recipe Ingredients:- 1½ lb King Prawns - peeled, deveined
- 3 Limes - zested, juiced
- 2 Oranges - zested, juiced
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt

| Healthy Prawn Recipe Instructions:In a food processor, combine the lime juice and zest, orange juice and zest, garlic, olive oil and salt, purée until smooth. Put the prawns in a bowl, pour the marinade over them and let them marinate for 20 minutes at room temperature. over medium-high heat, heat a frying pan. Fry the prawns for about 3 minutes per each side until opaque. Spoon a little of the marinade in with them while they cook.
