How do I Cook Prawns Recipe Ingredients:- 20 Large Prawns
- 1 Organic Lemon - juice of
- 1 tablespoon grated zest of Organic Lemon
- 1 Glass White Wine
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- Salt and Pepper - to taste
- 1/2 cup Sesame Oil
- 1 Garlic Clove - crushed
- 1 handful Shallots - sliced
- 2 Carrots - sliced
- 1 Green Pepper - sliced
- 1 teaspoon Mixed Spices
- 1 teaspoon Corn Starch
- Cooked Noodles - for 4 people

How do I Cook Prawns Recipe Instructions:Combine lemon juice with prawns, soy sauce, white wine, honey and lemon zest, Season and marinate for 1 hour. Heat the oil and garlic in a wok, add the prawns and vegetables and cook for 5 minutes over a high heat. Stir the sauce and pour into wok, bring to boil. Serve with noodles.
