Indian Prawn and Spinach Recipe Ingredients:- 1 lb Peeled Prawns
- Salt - to taste
- 5 Garlic Cloves
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 4 tablespoons chopped Fresh Coriander
- 4 Green Chilies - seeded
- 2 Dried Red Chilies - seeded
- 5 tablespoons Oil
- 3 tablespoons Ghee
- 5 Onions - sliced
- 1 lb Spinach - chopped
- 1 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
- 2½ cups Water
- Cooked Rice - for 2 to 4 people

Indian Prawn and Spinach Recipe Instructions:Sprinkle all the prawns with salt and set aside. Grind the garlic, cumin seeds, coriander and chilies to a paste and combine with the prawns. Heat the oil and ghee in a frying pan, fry the onions until browned. Add the prawn mixture, spinach, turmeric and salt and simmer, stirring, until the mixture is well browned. Add in the water, bring to the boil then simmer until the ingredients are cooked and the ghee appears on the surface. Serve hot with rice.
