| Kadhai Prawn Recipe | Kadhai Prawn Recipe Ingredients:- 450g Raw Tiger Prawns
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Hot Madras Curry Paste
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 75g Creamed Coconut - crumbled
- 150ml Water
- 2 Tomatoes - chopped
- 1 pack Coriander - leaves removed, chopped
|  Time: 20 min Serves: 2 - 4
| Kadhai Prawn Recipe Instructions:Combine together the ginger, prawns, 1 teaspoon garlic and curry paste, let sit to marinate 10 minutes. Heat the oil in a wok, fry garlic 1 - 2 seconds until light brown. Add the prawn mixture, fry for 2 - 3 minutes so the prawns just turn pink, mix in the creamed coconut, tomatoes, water and coriander. Bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
