| Kicking Prawns Recipe | Kicking Prawns Recipe Ingredients:- 500g Green Prawns - peeled, deveined
- 3 Garlic Cloves - crushed
- 2 Small Chillies - seeds removed, finely chopped
- 200g Cherry Tomatoes - halved
- 6 Spring Onions
- 3 teaspoons Corn-flour
- 3 tablespoons Water
- 4½ tablespoons Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 1½ tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 3 teaspoons Soy Sauce
- 3 tablespoons Tomato Sauce
- 3 teaspoons White Vinegar
- 3 teaspoons Sherry
- 2 tablespoons Oil

| Kicking Prawns Recipe Instructions:Take the spring onions and Finely slice the white and pale green part of the spring onions. Slice some of the green part on the diagonal to decorate. In a small bowl, combine corn-flour and water until smooth, add sweet chilli sauce, sugar, soy sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar and sherry. In a large wok heat 1 tablespoon of the oil over high heat, add prawns and stir-fry for 2 - 3 minutes, remove prawns from the wok and set aside. Turn heat down to medium, add remaining tablespoon of oil to wok and stir-fry spring onion, garlic and chilli for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes and cook for another minute. Add the combined sauces and simmer, stirring, until sauce thickens about 30 - 40 seconds. Place prawns into the wok to heat through then serve.
