| Mango and Prawn Entree Recipe | Mango and Prawn Entree Recipe Ingredients:- 1 kg King Prawns - uncooked
- 2 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce
- 1 Fresh Long Red Chilli - finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped Fresh Coriander Stems
- 2 Garlic Cloves - crushed
- 5g Fresh Ginger - grated
- 1 Medium Mango - thinly sliced
1 Large Red Capsicum - thinly sliced - 1 Lebanese Cucumber - seeded, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Bean Sprouts
- 1/2 cup loosely packed Fresh Coriander Leaves
- 2 Green Onions - thinly sliced
Lime Dressing: - 1/3 cup Lime Juice
- 1 tablespoon grated Palm Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Fish Sauce
|  Time: 1 hour Serves: 4
| Mango and Prawn Entree Recipe Instructions:Remove shells from the prawns and devein leaving tails intact, Mix the prawns in a medium bowl with soy sauce, chilli, oil, coriander stems, garlic and ginger. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Lime Dressing Meanwhile, combine all other ingredients in a jar with a lid. Replace lid and shake very well to combine all the ingredients. Heated a large frying pan and cook the prawns in batches, until they are cook. Combine prawns, Lime Dressing and remaining ingredients in a large bowl and serve.
