| Mango King Prawns Recipe | Mango King Prawns Recipe Ingredients:- 16 Cooked King Prawns - peeled, with tails left attached
- 1 tablespoon Chilli Sauce
- 4 tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1 Garlic Clove - crushed
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup chopped Fresh Mint
- 4 cups Mixed Salad Leaves
- 1 Red Capsicum - sliced
- 1 punnet Cherry Tomatoes - quartered
- 1/2 Cucumber - sliced
- 2 Large Mangoes - peeled, sliced
- Freshly Ground Pepper - to taste

| Mango King Prawns Recipe Instructions:Combine the chilli sauce, lime juice, garlic, oil and mint in a small jug, stir well to combine. Rinse lightly the salad leaves in cool water, then shake dry and press on paper towel to remove excess moisture. Combine the capsicum, tomatoes, cucumber, mangoes, prawns and salad leaves in a large bowl, add the dressing and toss well to combine all the flavours. Place on 4 serving plates and season with freshly ground pepper to taste and serve immediately.
