| Marinated Prawns Recipe | Marinated Prawns Recipe Ingredients:- 550g Medium Raw Prawns - peeled, deveined
- 3 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 Garlic Cloves - chopped finely
- 2 teaspoons Thai Red Curry Paste
- 8 Skewers - soaked in water for 25 minutes before used

| Marinated Prawns Recipe Instructions:In a re-sealable bag, combine together the lemon juice, mustard, soy sauce, sugar, garlic and curry paste, add in the prawns, seal and shake to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. heat the barbecue to a high heat, lightly oil the cooking grate. Thread the prawns on to skewers. Transfer marinade to a saucepan and boil for a 2 - 3 minutes. Barbecue prawns for 3 minutes each side, or until opaque, basting occasionally with the marinade.
