- 1cm Fresh Ginger
- 6 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 Carrots
- 1 bunch Spring Onions
- 200g Peas
- 100g Chinese Noodles
- 2 tablespoons Sunflower Oil

| Origin of Prawns Recipe Instructions:Remove the shells from the prawns and devein, wash under cold water and dry. Peel the ginger, cut into very fine pieces, combine with 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and add the prawns. Peel the carrots then cut into round slices, peel the onions and chop, wash the peas. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Heat the oil in a wok, add the prawn mixture and cook for 3 minutes, remove from the heat and set aside. Heat the vegetables in the wok for about 5 minutes, add the prawns and noodles, combine and season with soy sauce, serving immediately.
