 Pan Seared Prawns Recipe

Pan Seared Prawns Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Uncooked Prawns - peeled, deveined
  • 2 Garlic Cloves - minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup White Wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon Seafood Seasoning
  • 2 cups Hot Cooked Rice
  • 2 tablespoons minced Fresh Parsley


Time: 30 min
Serves: 4

Pan Seared Prawns Recipe Instructions:

  • In a large skillet heat olive oil, sauté prawns and garlic in oil for 3 minutes.
     

  • Add wine and seasoning, stir and cook 3 - 5 minutes longer or until prawns turn pink.
     

  • Serve with rice and garnish with parsley.
