| Pilli Pilli Prawn Recipe | Pilli Pilli Prawn Recipe Ingredients:- 2 lb Raw Large Tiger Prawns
- 4 Garlic Cloves - coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Thai Chili - minced
- 2/3 cup Peanut Oil
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- 1 Lemon - quartered - for garnish
- Cooked Rice - for 4 - 6 people

| Pilli Pilli Prawn Recipe Instructions:Remove Shell and devein prawns leaving tails intact, wash prawns, dry thoroughly on paper towel. In a small bowl, combine the garlic, lemon juice, chili, salt and pepper to taste, and the peanut oil. Place prawns in a large bowl, and pour the oil mixture over the prawns making sure you coat the prawns well, cover bowl, and place in the refrigerator at least 3 hours, shaking occasionally. Preheat the grill. Remove the prawns from the marinade and place in a single layer on a tray under the grill. Cook about 2 minutes per side, until the prawns are pink, serve with hot rice and garnish with a lemon quarter.
