Prawn and Avocado Salad Recipe Ingredients:- 175g Cooked Prawns
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 5 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped Fresh Chives
- 2 tablespoons Chilli Sauce
- Salt - to taste
- 2 Avocados - halved lengthwise, stone removed
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Little Gem Lettuce Leaves - for garnish
- 1 teaspoon Paprika - for garnish
- Jarred Red Peppers - julienned, for garnish

Prawn and Avocado Salad Recipe Instructions:In a bowl, mix the prawns, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, chives and chilli sauce. Season with salt to taste. Spoon the prawn mixture into avocado halves, then sprinkle with lemon juice. Place avocado halves on lettuce leaves that have been dusted with paprika. Garnish with julienned red peppers and serve.
