Prawn and Bacon Brochettes Recipe Ingredients:- 24 Large Uncooked Headless Prawns - peeled
- 5oz Bacon - thinly sliced
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 Lemons - quartered
- 8 Skewers - soaked in water 25 min before used

Prawn and Bacon Brochettes Recipe Instructions:Cut the bacon into pieces that will wrap generously round the prawns, skewer the prawns through the fattest part and the tail, making sure the bacon is firmly fixed. Season generously with ground black pepper and drizzle with the oil. On a high heat grill or barbecue the prawn and bacon brochettes for 2-3 minutes on each side, so the bacon turns crispy. Squeeze the juice of the lemon wedges and serve immediately.
