Prawn Cakes Ingredients Recipe Ingredients:- 300g Raw Prawns - minced
- 2 tablespoons Coconut Cream
- 1/2 cup Tempura Flour
- 5 Dry Pepper Seeds
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Coriander Stalks - chopped finely
- 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- Light Vegetable Oil

Prawn Cakes Ingredients Recipe Instructions:In a pestle pound the pepper, garlic and coriander stalks until well ground. Combine minced prawns with soy sauce, coconut cream, tempura flour, egg and garlic, pepper and coriander mixture until well mixed and thick. With your hands, shape the prawn mixture into 1cm thick cakes. heat the oil until it lightly smokes In a wok. Roll the cakes in the breadcrumbs until well coated. Fry the cakes until golden brown, remove and drain on kitchen paper. Serve at once.
