 Prawn Cocktail Recipe

Prawn Cocktail Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 Iceberg Lettuce - washed, shredded
  • 600g Cooked Prawns - peeled

    Cocktail Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Thin Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • dash Red Tabasco Pepper Sauce
  • Salt - to taste
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper - to taste


Time: 20 min
Serves: 4

Prawn Cocktail Recipe Instructions:

  • Combine the cream, tomato sauce,  lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco in a small bowl. season with salt and pepper to your taste.
     

  • Place the lettuce in 4 serving glass dishes, top with the prawns and drizzle with the cocktail sauce. Serve immediately.

  • Remember to only add a little salt to fish dishes
  • If required, serve with your choice of sauce
