Prawn Coctail Recipe Ingredients:- 1 Iceberg Lettuce - washed, shredded
- 600g Cooked Prawns - peeled
Cocktail Sauce - 1/4 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 cup Thin Cream
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- dash Red Tabasco Pepper Sauce
- Salt - to taste
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper - to taste
|  Time: 20 min Serves: 4
|
Prawn Coctail Recipe Instructions:Combine the cream, tomato sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco in a small bowl. season with salt and pepper to your taste. Place the lettuce in 4 serving glass dishes, top with the prawns and drizzle with the cocktail sauce. Serve immediately.
