- 275g Tapioca Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- l teaspoon Pepper
- Oil - for deep frying

| Prawn Crackers Recipe Instructions:Blend the prawn meat till smooth in a blender, combine in the flour, salt and pepper. Mix well into a stiff dough. Divide dough into 3 equal portions, roll up each portion then place the rolls on a greased plate. Steam for 40 - 45 minutes over high flame. Allow the rolls to cool, wrap with a clean tea towel. Chill well in the refrigerator. Use a sharp knife to slice thinly. Thoroughly dry the cut-out pieces in the sun. Deep-fry the crackers. Dry on kitchen paper and serve.
