| Prawn Creole Recipe | Prawn Creole Recipe Ingredients:- 450g Medium Prawns - shells removed, deveined
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried Chilles - crushed
- 1 cup Green Bell Pepper - chopped
- 1 cup Onion - chopped
- 6 Garlic Cloves - chopped
- 400g Tomatoes - chopped
- 5 cups Cooked Long Grained Rice
|  Time: 30 min Serves: 4
| Prawn Creole Recipe Instructions:Coat a frying pan with a little olive oil. Place over a medium heat until hot. Add the chillies, peppers, onions and garlic, sauté until tender. Add the tomatoes and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the prawns then cover and cook for 5 minutes, or until the prawns turn pink. Serve on the rice.
