| Prawn Curry Recipe | Prawn Curry Recipe Ingredients:- 450g peeled Cooked Prawns
- 1 tablespoon Ground Coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 Garlic Clove - crushed
- 1 cup Fish Stock
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 Large Onion - finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons Tomato Puree Paste
- 2 Tomatoes - peeled, seeded, chopped
- 1/2 lemon - juice of
- 2 teaspoons Coconut Cream
- Coriander Sprigs - to garnish
- Cooked Basmati Rice - for 4 people

| Prawn Curry Recipe Instructions:Combine all the spices in a small bowl, Add the garlic and mix to a paste with a little of the stock. Set aside. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the onion and fry for 4-5 minutes until golden brown, add the tomato puree and spice mixture, cook for 1-2 minutes, mix in the remaining stock and tomatoes, cover the pan and simmer gently for 20 minutes. Add the prawns and lemon juice to the frying pan, with the coconut cream, stir until the coconut cream dissolves, then simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander sprigs and serve with basmati rice.
