 Prawn Fajita Recipe

Prawn Fajita Recipe Ingredients:
  • 450g Raw King Prawns - peeled
  • 20g Fajita Seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 Green Pepper - sliced
  • 1 Yellow Pepper - sliced
  • 1 Large Onion - sliced
  • 1 pack Flour Tortillas
  • Guacamole - to serve
  • Sour Cream - to serve
  • Salsa - to serve


Time: 20 min
Fajita: 6 - 8

Prawn Fajita Recipe Instructions:

  • Coat the prawns with Fajita Seasoning.
     

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan.
     

  • Add the peppers and onion, fry over a high heat for about 5 minutes.
     

  • Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon.
     

  • Heat 2 tablespoons oil, add the prawns and stir fry for about 5 minutes.
     

  • Add in the peppers and onions, quickly fry until heated through.
     

  • Serve immediately with flour tortillas, guacamole, sour cream and salsa.

  • Remember to only add a little salt to fish dishes
