| Prawn Recipe | Prawn Recipe Ingredients:- 1 kilogram Raw Prawns
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Caster Sugar
- 2 teaspoons crushed Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Chili Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 3 teaspoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 Medium Onions - finely diced
|  Time: 50 min Serves: 2 - 4
| Prawn Recipe Instructions:Shell and devein all the prawns then clean and pat dry with kitchen towel. Combine the prawns chili sauce, crushed garlic, salt, caster sugar, curry powder, turmeric, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Toss so are coated well, let rest for 30 minutes. Drain the prawns thoroughly keeping marinade. Heat 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil in a skillet. Add prawns and cook on high for 1 minute on each side, add the marinade, butter and diced onion; toss to coat prawns. Cook for 1 minutes more and serve.
