- 1 tablespoon Ginger - minced
- 2 tablespoon minced Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Chili Nam-Yuey
- 3/4 cup Oil
- 4 tablespoons Tomato Sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced Spring Onion
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch Paste
- 1 tablespoon Wine
- 3 tablespoons Soup Broth
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar

| Prawns Broiled Recipe Instructions:Remove shells and devein the prawns. heat a 1/4 cup of oil in a saucepan, cook your prawns slowly over a low-heat. Once one side of the prawns are cooked turn over and cook the other side, remove from heat when done. Place the prawns and ginger in water and bring to a boil. Drain once done. Put the rest of oil in a wok and heat, stir-fry spring-onions, garlic and ginger on a high heat. Add chili Nam-yuey and tomato-sauce, stirring well, add salt, wine, soy sauce, stock, sugar and prawns, boil. Adjust the heat to a simmer until liquid is almost absorbed. Add cornstarch-paste to thicken then serve.
