 Prawns Broiled Recipe

Prawns Broiled Recipe Ingredients:
  • 8 Large Prawns
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger - minced
  • 2 tablespoon minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Nam-Yuey
  • 3/4 cup Oil
  • 4 tablespoons Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced Spring Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Wine
  • 3 tablespoons Soup Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Prawns Broiled Recipe Instructions:
  • Remove shells and devein the prawns.
     

  • heat a 1/4 cup of oil in a saucepan, cook your prawns slowly over a low-heat.
     

  • Once one side of the prawns are cooked turn over and cook the other side, remove from heat when done. Place the prawns and ginger in water and bring to a boil. Drain once done.
     

  • Put the rest of oil in a wok and heat, stir-fry spring-onions, garlic and ginger on a high heat.
     

  • Add chili Nam-yuey and tomato-sauce, stirring well, add salt, wine, soy sauce, stock, sugar and prawns, boil.
     

  • Adjust the heat to a simmer until liquid is almost absorbed. Add cornstarch-paste to thicken then serve.
