Prawns Recipe Ingredients:- 900g Cooked Prawns
- 60g Butter - softened
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon White Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne
- 1 Garlic Clove - crushed
- 90g Fine Dry Breadcrumbs
- 30g chopped Parsley
- 60ml Sherry
- Lemon Slices - for garnish

Prawns Recipe Instructions:Remove the heads and legs first from the prawns, peel off the shells and carefully remove the tail shells. Remove the black vein running down the length of the rounded side with a cocktail stick. Arrange prawns in a shallow casserole dish. Mix the remaining ingredients, except for the lemon garnish, combine together well. Spread the mixture so to completely cover the prawns and place in a pre-heated 190°C (375°F) oven for 20 minutes, or until the butter melts and the crumbs become crisp. Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
