- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves - minced
- 3 Green Onions - chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian Parsley - finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme - minced
- 3/4 cup Fine Fresh Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Dry Tomato Bits
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese - grated
- Salt and Pepper - to taste
- 4 Lemon Wedges - to garnish
- Tartar Sauce - to serve

| Receipe for Stuffed Prawns Baked Instructions:Heat oil in a small skillet, sauté garlic, onions, parsley and thyme till onions become soft. Remove from heat and stir together with bread crumbs, tomato bits, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 450. Place prawns in lightly oiled baking dish with tail shells pointing up. Spread a layer of stuffing over the flattened portion of each prawn, mounding it slightly in the center. Bake till the prawns are pink and the stuffing is well-browned, about 10 - 12 min, garnish with lemon wedges and serve with tartar sauce.
