| Recipe Spot Prawns | Recipe Spot Prawns Ingredients:- 6 lb Alaska Spot Prawns
- 1 gallon Water
- 2 (3oz) packages crab boil (Old Bay Seasoning)
- 1/4 cup Salt
- 1/4 cup Louisiana Hot Sauce
- 2½ tablespoons Cayenne Pepper
- 2 lb Small Red Potatoes
- 6 Small Onions - peeled
- 6 ears of Corn - halved
- 1 Bell Pepper - chopped
- 1 Stalk Celery - chopped
- 4 Garlic cloves - halved
- 3 Large Lemons - quartered
- Olive Oil - to garnish

| Recipe Spot Prawns Instructions:Bring water in large pot over high heat, add hot sauce, crab boil, salt, and cayenne pepper to a boil. Add onions, potatoes, celery, corn, bell pepper, and garlic, turn heat down to a simmer; cover and cook until vegetables are barely tender, about 12 minutes. Squeeze the lemons over pot then add lemons and Spot Prawns, stir to combine. Cover and return mixture to the boil. Reduce heat and cook until shells turn bright red, about 3 minutes, turn off the heat, drain off liquid. Sprinkle with Olive Oil and Old Bay Seasoning. Mix gently and serve immediately.
