| Sauteed Prawns Fettucini Recipe | Sauteed Prawns Fettucini Recipe Ingredients:- 500g Prawns - peeled, deveined
- 1 (500g) packet Fettuccine Pasta
- 50g Butter
- 125ml White Wine
- 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1/2 bunch Fresh Coriander - finely chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- handful Broccoli
- pinch Red Pepper

| Sauteed Prawns Fettucini Recipe Instructions:Fill a large pot of water and bring to a boil. Add fettuccine, return water to a boil and cook until pasta is al dente, drain well. Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, melt butter over medium heat, add prawns and sauté for about 3 minutes, until prawns turn pink. Remove prawns from heat and set aside. Pour lime juice and wine into the frying pan, bring the mixture to a boil, boil until the liquid is reduced by half, about 2 minutes. Put the prawns back into the frying pan. Add cayenne pepper, coriander, salt and pepper. Stir to heat the mixture through, about 2 minutes. Toss with pasta and serve.
