Spicy Mexican Prawn or Langostino Recipe Ingredients:- 450g Raw King Prawns - peeled
- 20g Fajita Seasoning
- 3 tablespoons Oil
- 1 Green Pepper - sliced
- 1 Yellow Pepper - sliced
- 1 Large Onion - sliced
- 1 pack Flour Tortillas
- Guacamole - to serve
- Sour Cream - to serve
- Salsa - to serve

Spicy Mexican Prawn or Langostino Recipe Instructions:Coat the prawns with Fajita Seasoning. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Add the peppers and onion, fry over a high heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon. Heat 2 tablespoons oil, add the prawns and stir fry for about 5 minutes. Add in the peppers and onions, quickly fry until heated through. Serve immediately with flour tortillas, guacamole, sour cream and salsa.
