 Coconut Encrusted Shrimp Recipe

Coconut Encrusted Shrimp Recipe Ingredients:
  • 20 Medium Shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic and Herb Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 Medium Eggs - well beaten
  • 3/4 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut
  • Cooking Spray


Time: 30 min
Serves: 2

Coconut Encrusted Shrimp Recipe Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to temperature 400°F.
     

  • Take a large baking sheet and spray with non-stick spray. Sprinkle the shrimp evenly with garlic and herb seasoning and pepper.
     

  • Place the egg, flour, and coconut in three small separate bowls, dip shrimp into the egg, then the flour, then the egg again, and then in the coconut.
     

  • Place shrimp on the baking sheet at least 1 inch apart and bake for about 12 - 15 minutes, or until they are crisp and golden brown.
