- 3/4 cup Biscuit Mix
- 3/4 cup Beer
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2½ cups Flaked Coconut
- Vegetable Oil
- Orange and Lime Dip - to serve

| Coconut Fried Shrimp Recipe Instructions:Peel the shrimp, leaving the tails intact, and set shrimp aside. Combine biscuit mix, beer and sugar, stirring until smooth, set mixture aside. Roll each shrimp in flour and dip into beer mixture, allowing excess to drain. Softly roll coated shrimp in flaked coconut. Fill a large saucepan to a depth of 3 inches with vegetable oil and heat to 350°. Cook shrimp, a few at a time, 1 - 2 minutes or until golden, dry on paper towels, serve with Orange and Lime Dip.
