Easy Shrimp Recipe Ingredients:- 1 lb Precooked Frozen Shrimp - thawed
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup diced Onion
- 6 Garlic Cloves - crushed
- 1 cup Dry White Wine
- 1 pinch Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Capers
- 1 lemon - juice of
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- Salt and Pepper - to taste
- grated Parmesan Cheese

Easy Shrimp Recipe Instructions:In a non-stick skillet heat olive oil, sauté onions and garlic over high heat till onions start to turn clear. Add in the wine, crushed red pepper, Italian seasoning, capers, and lemon juice and turn heat down to medium, reduce for about 5 minutes so the sauce will thicken up. Add butter and stir until it is melted and combined into the sauce, add shrimp and turn heat to medium-low, heat through. Add salt and pepper to taste then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
