Grilled Shrimp Recipe Ingredients:- 1 lb medium Shrimp - deveined, shelled
- 2 Garlic Cloves - minced
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Tequila
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed Red Chili Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 3 tablespoons Cilantro - chopped
- 4 Skewers - if using wooden skewers soak in water for 1 hour before use

Grilled Shrimp Recipe Instructions:In a medium bowl add garlic, olive oil, tequila, lime juice, red chili pepper, salt and cilantro; whisk together. Add in the shrimp to marinade and combine well to coat, marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Put the shrimp onto skewers. Grill shrimp on medium heat until pink.
