| Recipe Coconut Shrimp | Recipe Coconut Shrimp Ingredients:- 1/2 lb Shrimp - peeled
- 1 (13½oz) can Coconut Milk
- 1.5 cup Instant Rice
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Garlic Powder - to taste
- 1/2 Lemon
- Dried Crushed Red Pepper - to taste
- Chili Powder - to taste

| Recipe Coconut Shrimp Instructions:Add coconut milk to a saucepan and bring to a boil, add rice and remove from heat, then cover and let stand for 5 minutes, Fluff up with a fork, set aside. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic powder, lemon, red pepper and chili powder to taste. Put butter into a frying and heat to a medium heat. Add seasoned shrimp, cook for 5 - 6 minutes, occasionally stirring. Add rice to the frying pan, adding more seasoning to your taste. Stir around and cook for 4 - 5 minutes.
