 Recipe for Coconut Shrimp

Recipe for Coconut Shrimp Ingredients:
  • 2 lb Green Shrimp
  • 1¼ cups Bisquick
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Coconut - shredded


Time: 10 min
Serves: 4 - 6

Recipe for Coconut Shrimp Instructions:

  • Take shrimp and clean leaving the tails on.
     

  • Combine together Bisquick and milk  dip each shrimp into batter holding by tail and let excess batter drain off, roll in shredded coconut.
     

  • Deep fry at 375 degrees until golden brown.
     

  • Dry on paper towel and serve.
