| Recipe for Garlic Shrimp | Recipe for Garlic Shrimp Ingredients:- 1 lb Medium Shrimp - peeled
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 Garlic Cloves - thinly sliced
- 1 Medium Red Pepper, cut into strips
- 3 tablespoons Dry Sherry
- 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- Salt - to taste
- 3 tablespoons finely minced Parsley - for garnish
- Cooked Rice - for 2 people

| Recipe for Garlic Shrimp Instructions:Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat, add shrimp, garlic and red pepper. Cook for about 2 min, stirring constantly, just till shrimp turns pink, turn heat up to high. Add in sherry, lemon juice, red pepper and salt to taste and bring to a boil. Serve with rice.
