Recipe for Shrimp Salad Ingredients:- 1 lb cooked medium shrimp - peeled and deveined
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1½ teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/3 cup chopped Celery
|  Time: 45 min Serves: 2 - 4
|
Recipe for Shrimp Salad Instructions:In a mixing bowl, combine together the lemon juice, mayonnaise and the Old Bay seasoning until well blended, add celery and combine then add in the cooked shrimp and mix to coat well. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to chill. Remove from the refrigerator and stir well before serving.
