Recipes for Grilled Shrimp Kabobs Ingredients:- 2 lb Shrimp
- 1 Green Pepper - cut into 1 inch squares
- 1 Medium Onion - cut into 1 inch squares
- 1 can Cubed Pineapple - drained
- Metal Kabobs Skewers
For The Marinade: - 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Black Pepper - to taste
|  Time: 45 min Serves: 4 - 8

Recipes for Grilled Shrimp Kabobs Instructions:Place shrimp, peppers, onion and pineapple, Alternate onto the kabobs skewers. In a plastic bag, mix all the marinade ingredients together, place the kabobs in the sauce and marinate for about 30 minutes, then discard the marinade. Grill shrimp on each side for about 2 - 3 minutes or until fully cooked then serve.
